Dr. Julie A. Hart
Dr. Hart graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2006. She completed a residency in Low Vision and Primary Care at the St. Louis VAMC. Dr. Hart also earned her Fellowship of the American Academy of Optometry in October of 2007. Dr. Hart opened Hart Family Eyecare in February 2008.
Dr. Kendra Olivera
Dr. Olivera is a local of West Plains. She graduated from Southern College of Optometry. Kendra proudly joins the practice & is happy to come back to serve her community.
Tina has over 30 years experience in the optical field. She is a licensed optician and a member of the Missouri Paraoptometric Association. Tina has worked with Hart Family Eyecare since it opened in February 2008.
